Equipment
Because we utilize specialized deep hole drilling machines, our capabilities are quite expansive. We are able to drill into most materials, Diameters ranging from .100″ through 2.5″ and depths up to 60″. Our diverse capacity will accommodate orders of all sizes. We have (5) single spindle machines for the low volume orders, (10) Dual spindle machines to handle larger volume orders, and (3) 3-4 spindle machines to handle your high volume needs. Also with our drilling capacity we can accommodate a variety of shapes and sizes of raw materials requiring holes drilled on center, off set holes, bolt circles, or holes that need to be timed with gear teeth or other features.
